Development site advisors® is a niche brokerage and advisory firm, focusing solely on selling development sites in NYC and the outer boroughs. The firms office is located in Midtown Manhattan. We are seeking a full-time, Executive Administrative Assistant that will provide executive administrative support for the two company Principals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business. The primary role is to support the Principals, represent them in a highly professional manner, and interact with various groups of internal and external contacts. Sound, professional judgment, etiquette, grace under pressure, and strong prioritization skills are required in order to support and organize a diversified workload.


  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls as well as specific outgoing calls
  • Maintain calendars
  • Establish communications between customers and executives
  • Organize documents and reports
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, travel, and related logistics for the two Principals
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure an efficient sales process
  • Plan and coordinate team meetings including preparation and circulation of meeting materials
  • Personal work for the Principals, as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to sales Directors and/or associates when necessary
  • Provide additional administrative support in a variety of capacities including; data entry, typing, database management and assisting with the completion of assigned projects, report generation, events/meeting planning, invoice/expense reporting, filing, copier projects, mail handling, supplies control, and processing of letters/correspondence
  • Maintain contacts in the developer database and email system for day-to-day correspondence and marketing campaigns and mailings
  • Submit vendor orders, pay invoices and track payments
  • Oversee the budgeting and bookkeeping procedures


  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Must be proficient with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Real estate, legal or financial services industry experience preferred
  • A highly service-oriented individual with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High-level ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage active workflow
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, to quickly convey purpose and confidentiality
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines with limited direction and guidance
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision

Salary Range:

$55,000/Year - $60,000/Year
