Rubin Isak is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of development site advisors®, identifying and filling a niche expertise that has been non-existent in the commercial real estate brokerage industry. The principals of development site advisors® have been involved with the sale of over $1bn and involved in projects of various sizes and manners of complexity, representing private landowners, institutional and not-for-profit organizations. Rubin’s expertise lies particularly in the borough of Queens, NY where he has been involved in the sale of over 100 properties during his time in the industry. This specialization leads to more positive client experiences due to the superior knowledge the firm offers. Prior to co-founding development site advisors®, Rubin was a Senior Director at Eastern Consolidated, Cushman & Wakefield Massey Knakal Realty Services and most recently Founding Partner of investment sales firm, Goldenwood Property Advisors Group. Rubin earned a BBA degree in International Marketing from Baruch College. He was born in Brooklyn, raised in Queens and now resides in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan with his wife, daughter and son.

The principals of DSA have been involved with the sale of over $1bn and engaged in projects of various sizes and manners of complexity, with non-profit clients including religious organizations, schools, and supportive housing developers. His expertise lies mainly in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, where he has been involved in the sale of over 100 properties during his time in the industry. DSA focuses solely on development sites and conversion opportunities in the five boroughs. This specialization leads to more positive client experiences due to the superior knowledge the firm offers. Before co-founding DSA, he was a Senior Director at Eastern Consolidated, Cushman & Wakefield, and Massey Knakal Realty Services, where he was recognized for his outstanding performance. Aside from his professional achievements, Mr. Kimyagarov is a soccer player and Judo expert and is active in charitable organizations such as the Museum of Jewish Heritage and Ezer Mizion. Additionally, he is fluent in Russian and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a designation he earned at the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
Michael was born in Massapequa, New York where he attended Massapequa High School before studying politics, economics, and law at SUNY Old Westbury. Michael’s interest in Real Estate was formed at a young age, as he started his career selling and appraising houses in Long Island. He then transitioned from residential to commercial real estate by joining American Investment Properties, where he was involved in over $30 million of transactions. Michael worked at Eastern Consolidated for over a year before joining development site advisors® (previously Goldenwood Property Advisors) as a Director in August 2018. Michael is a Development Site Advisor focusing on his Neighborhood Focused Area™ of Upper Manhattan.
Andrew was born and raised in Indonesia, where he formed his interest in architecture and real estate development. Andrew arrived in NY as an aspiring developer-architect. His aspirations led him to study at Pratt Institute where he received an Architecture and Sustainability degree. He then received his Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Andrew is an Associate at development site advisors®, where his expertise in Architecture, Real Estate and Zoning analysis provides a tremendous value to our client’s needs.
Patrick grew up on the east end of Long Island where he developed a passion for real estate. He was an Ocean Lifeguard for 7 years where he was responsible for maintaining the safety of both public and private beaches. Patrick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from The College of Charleston. Since joining development site advisors® Patrick has evaluated and underwritten 120+ Development Sites valued at nearly $1 billion. Patrick also assists in marketing campaigns for the sale of properties and has a hand in the day-to-day operations of the company. In his free time, Patrick enjoys surfing, cooking, snowboarding, and playing tennis. He currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Mark graduated from Loyola University in Maryland with a degree in Finance. Mark started his career at Citigroup Smith Barney where he completed the Financial Advisor Associate program. Since then, Mark has had a successful career in financial services, most recently working for MRB Partners in the role of institutional salesperson where he sold macroeconomic research to a sophisticated investor base. In his free time Mark enjoys skiing as well as playing golf, tennis, and squash. He resides in Connecticut with his Wife and one-year old daughter. Mark’s Neighborhood Focused Area™ is Downtown Brooklyn.
Howard is an Attorney with over twenty-five years of experience, representing both private and public sector clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, numerous administrative agencies, and arbitration panels. Howard’s deep understanding of Real Estate transactions through his representation of Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Commercial Landlords, national and regional Energy Wholesalers and Retailers and a large-scale Supermarket Chain and Food Distributer brings tremendous value to the table. Howard resides in New Rochelle with his wife and two children. Howard’s Neighborhood Focused Area™ is North Bronx.
Lily Luo was born in China and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Lily’s bi-cultural background helps her connect and conduct business with domestic and international clients. Prior to joining development site advisors®, Lily worked as an Investment Sales Associate at Longines Realty, where she cultivated considerable relationships with mid-market and institutional investors. Lily graduated with a BA in Media Studies from University at Buffalo and has experience in Digital Marketing and Design. Lily’s Neighborhood Focused Area™ is Downtown Brooklyn and she is an active member of The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
Elana has been a NY and NJ Real Estate broker for over 10 years and is experienced in all aspects of the real estate industry. Throughout her career she has closed over 100 commercial and high-end transactions, valued well above $80 million. Elana holds a master's degree from New York University and multiple professional designations like Certified International Property Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. Additionally, Elana has been trained as a classical pianist and enjoys playing the piano in her spare time. Elana resides in Staten Island with her Husband and Daughter. Elana’s Neighborhood Focused Area™ is Brooklyn South.
Nathan attended the IDC Herzliya in Israel where he graduated with a BA in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy with a specialization in Conflict Resolution. During that time, he spent two years on the debate team competing both nationally and internationally for the school. Since his graduation Nathan has spent his career focusing on different aspects of the real estate world including the last ten years in commercial brokerage. During this time, he has worked in development, leasing and sales in every borough throughout NYC. Nathan was a key player on a Brooklyn retail leasing team that received the CoStar Groups Power Broker Award. He placed the only medical marijuana growing facility in NYC in a 250,000 SF development and has worked on lease transactions equaling $40,000,000. Nathan currently resides in Brooklyn with his Wife and daughter. Nathan’s Neighborhood Focused Area™ is Manhattan East.
Scott has 20 years of experience in financial markets and commercial real estate, including foreign exchange, commercial real estate leasing, investment sales, and debt origination, as well as sales and business development for commercial real estate research, data, and analytics providers. He has held positions at CB Richard Ellis, CoStar Group, NewOak Capital, DroneBase, and is on the Board of Advisors for proptech startup DealStart. Scott holds a BA from Pace University and a MS from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Scott is from Long Island and currently resides in the Upper West Side, where he is raising his 13-year-old daughter. Scott’s Neighborhood Focused Area™ is Manhattan West.
Tianran Xu holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute with a minor in Construction Management. His interests center around creative architecture solutions and sustainable development. Tianran started his career at XIN Development International where he reviewed and evaluated the design and development of more than 500 condominium units across three boroughs. Prior to joining development site advisors®, he co-founded an architectural design firm, Oideion Studios and led a team of multicultural designers in architecture competitions worldwide and provided design consulting services to high net worth individuals and small businesses.
